Secure meal-order and payment website
The meal-order and payment website is accessible via the Sign in, which is in the top-right hand corner of this website.
After parents create and then sign into their accounts, they can order meals daily for their children that are delivered to the designated school and distributed at lunchtime by school managers for immediate consumption. Meals must be ordered at least 10 working days before the delivery date. The menu for the upcoming month and will be made available at least one month in advance. The meal-order and payment website also allows for parents to securely pay via credit card, view their balance, as well as their transaction history and that of their children so they can monitor their consumption habits and determine whether the meal card has been used according to their instructions. Parents will also benefit from the latest updates and services and the ability to communicate requests, comments and suggestions to the Aramark team.
Paper-based meal order forms
Parents who don’t have Internet access or a credit card can order meals on a print form they can request from the school.
The form must be filled it out and returned to the school before the indicated due date, and accompanied by a valid cheque made out to Aramark for the total amount of the order.
While schools will continue to distribute a print form monthly, parents are urged to create their accounts and order and pay for meals securely on meal-order and payment website, thereby opting for a paperless solution.
