How do I create an account and conduct transactions?

First, you must create your personal account by clicking on “Sign in” on upper right-hand side of the homepage. You will then be redirected to a page on which to enter your contact information, your email address, and a password that you will use to access your account at your convenience.

A registration confirmation will be sent to your email address. To gain initial access to your account, you must confirm your registration as instructed in the email. Once the confirmation is sent, you’ll be able to access your account at any time by clicking on Sign in.

You will then be able to add your child (or children) to your account simply by clicking on the “Add a child” button.

What’s the deadline for ordering meals for my child in primary school?

To give the meal-production team ample time to order and receive ingredients and products, and ultimately to proceed with food production, meal orders must be placed at least 10 working days preceding the delivery date.

You will not be able to process an order after the cut-off date and within a shorter delivery timeframe.

The menu for the upcoming month and the order-taking process will be available at least one month in advance, unless there are situations beyond our control.

Can I receive a refund for meals I ordered and paid for?

No cash refund will be made following an order made and paid for via the online payment website.

In the case of a cancellation of an order authorized by Aramark or due to a situation of force majeure decreed by Aramark, acting in concert with the school, on a specific day, Aramark will credit the value of the cancelled meal to your account. As applicable, such credit will be applied automatically to the total payable on your next meal purchase on this website.

If a child is absent from school, no credit will be authorized except in the case of prolonged justified absence, in which case a credit for the value of the cancelled meal(s) may be applied at the discretion of each school’s Aramark cafeteria manager.

Can I order meals for each of my children?

Several children in the same family may be combined in a single account to make life simpler for parents because they can view all the details—at a glance—concerning each child’s account. A child may also be registered in two separate accounts so that each parent can make transactions independent of the other one.

If you have more than one child benefitting from Aramark food services, you must register them individually. For example, you may have one child in primary school who receives the meal-delivery service at her school and a second child who goes to the Aramark-run school cafeteria in his secondary school and uses a magnetic Carte Resto card.

How can I acquire a Carte Resto for my child in secondary school?

You can acquire a Carte Resto meal card directly at your school’s Aramark cafeteria, and activate it by creating your account on the online payment website by clicking on “Sign in” at the top right-hand corner of the website. Then, use your credit card to refill it whenever you want, depending on your budget and your child’s food needs.

Can each of my high school children have a card?

Acquire a Carte Resto card for each of your children at your school. You can then add a child to your account by clicking on the “Add a child” tab.

Fill out your child’s profile, and then click on the “Order” button. You must then register your child’s card and the amount you would like to deposit to complete the transaction.

Can I use a Carte Resto for my primary school children?

The Carte Resto system is offered in Aramark-run high school cafeterias only. The primary school service is for ordering meals that are delivered directly to your child’s school.

How do I view my transaction history?

You now have access to all the relevant information concerning your child’s (or children’s) meals. Through your account, you can also easily retrieve your transaction history at any time.

To view your Carte Resto balance and transaction history, you must Sign in to your account first, then click on “My account”, then “Transaction history” or “Info on card balance.” To do this, you must have your Carte Resto, or your Carte Resto number, on hand.

You may also inquire about out the balance on your card by asking the Aramark cashier in your school cafeteria.

With the Carte Resto, can I choose to have my child eat the meal of the day only?

While Carte Resto users can choose any meal, by acquiring this card, your children will be eligible to eat in the school cafeteria only, thereby ensuring the meals and products served are healthy and comply with your school’s food policy.

If you would prefer that your children eat in their school cafeteria, have a discussion with them about the benefits of eating these full and nutritious meals. You can also follow the history of your child’s transactions, which will give you insights into his or her eating habits.

Are my transactions on the e-commerce website secure?

The e-commerce website is aimed at providing parents with a secure payment option via by credit card.

1. The e-commerce website uses the Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) protocol for secure Internet exchanges. When you make your payment, you will be linked to a secure server that meets the industry’s highest standards.

2. The e-commerce website also uses the Global Payments external secure payment system to process exclusively online Visa and Mastercard transactions. No other credit cards or debit cards may be used to conduct transactions.

What should I do if I notice an error in my transactions?

Contact your school cafeteria’s Aramark manager, who will help you resolve the issue in a timely manner.

What should I do if my child’s card is lost, damaged, or stolen?

Contact your school cafeteria’s Aramark manager, whose contact information you can retrieve after you Sign in to your account and click on the “My account” section on the bottom right-hand side of your screen. The manager should be able to deactivate your card and provide you with a new card that includes your transferred balance. NOTE: Administrative charges may apply.

Will my child’s Carte Resto be valid for the next school year?

The card doesn’t have an expiration date so you can hang on to it and keep your account open for the next school year.

It is advisable to update your and your child’s profile before the start of the school year.

What should I do with my card when my child leaves the school?

If your child is leaving the school to go to another primary or secondary school at which the food services are provided by Aramark, you can continue to use your card. You will have to update your child’s profile, mainly by changing the name of his or her school.

If your child is leaving the school and will no longer require Aramark’s food services, be sure to spend the remaining balance on the card.
