Our menus, meticulously crafted—and based on our own food service policy and the Canadian Food Guide—are made up of recipes that are both tested and approved.
Home-made meals
Meals are prepared onsite daily, in the cafeteria’s kitchen, and based on simple ingredients.
Local and sustainable options
We incorporate local products and seafood ingredients—third-party certified as sustainably sourced—in our menus whenever possible.
Menu items approved by the Aliments du Québec— identified by this logo—must be made up primarily of Quebec ingredients that are available throughout the school year.
Fish and seafood ingredients that are third-party certified as sustainably sourced by the Marine Stewardship Council, Ocean Wise or another certifying organization.
Vegetarian foods that are made from plant-based ingredients only. May contain small quantities of dairy products or eggs and any other, animal-derived ingredients.
Whole grain products that contain maximum fibre and antioxydants.
