OVERVIEW

ChefThe Aramark Quebec team has been working diligently to ensure readiness and heightened safety for the re-opening of our school cafés.

We continue to closely monitor guidance from the Government of Canada, the Quebec government, World Health Organization, Centers for Disease Control and Prevention, National Institutes of Health and other health agencies, as well as leverage our experience across Canada, Asia and the rest of the world. With emerging behaviors and changing patterns, we’ll collaborate closely with schools to adjust services and begin to relax restrictions as recovery across the country begins to materialize.

Driving guest confidence starts with communication and transparency. Our goal is to convey information to students and other guests to help alleviate any concerns and give them confidence that we are taking all possible steps to ensure their safety.

Rest assured that our number one priority will continue to be the safety of your children, as well as our guests, employees, and communities, so we will be judicious as we begin to respond. Our goal is to be nimble. As such, we’ll partner with schools to assess responses, formulate new strategies, and communicate with your children and our guests early and often.

We are:

  • Increasing frequencies of cleaning
  • Providing Personal Protective Equipment for our employees
  • Posting communications signage in the café/common areas
  • Reducing seating capacity
  • Metering students and other guests into the café
  • Making recommendations to encourage social distancing
